Coaches

Dale Frankum II

First and foremost I am a follower of Jesus, husband to my beautiful wife Nikkie and father to our 3 wonderful children.

I have always enjoyed sports and being physically active. In my mid 20's life started to happen and I began to realize how unhealthy I really was. I did not go out and make huge life changes immediately. I changed 1 thing....  ONE healthy habit lead to TWO. 6 years later and 50lbs down I wanted others to experience life the way I now experienced it. My entire life I have loved helping others. Jokingly my teenage friends referred to me as "Life Coach". Truth be told it frustrated me, I just wanted my friends to reach a higher potential than what they saw in themselves. Not realizing the childhood nickname was foretelling. It has always been my passion to help others reach something in their lives that they never knew they possessed.

The passion to see others succeed, to become more, to gain mental and physical health is now a reality.

This is why Vital exist.

Caroline Brinkmeyer

Caroline began her fitness journey a little over two years ago when Vital opened it's doors; and needless to say, she hasn't looked back. She started this new and exciting endeavor with very little knowledge on functional fitness and working out. She has learned and grown and is now a level 1 trainer. Along with making better food choices and training diligently at Vital, Caroline has reached her goal of losing almost 60 lbs. She is very passionate about encouraging and helping others achieve their own goals. Caroline is relatable to new members because she too, was once in your shoes. Hesitant, nervous, doubtful and even a little scared of failure. Caroline is a great example of success through hard work and dedication. In addition to being a trainer; Caroline is a wife, boy mom, & business owner.
